This training program is designed for new MFCU employees. It is an abbreviated version of the full 3-days in-person training program that NAMFCU generally offers three times a year. Four sessions have been selected to will be presented during this one day. The four sessions are:
- Overview of MFCU Program
- Using the Team in a Medicaid Fraud Case and Working with Other Agencies
- Overview of Resident Abuse Investigative Techniques
- Investigating and Prosecuting Cases in Managed Care System
This webinar is open only to those MFCU staff who are on the NAMFCU waiting list. These sessions will be recorded so that any interested MFCU staff may view them at a later date.
This training program is not intended to be a substitute for the full 3-day in-person training program.
